We offer 2 double rooms with en-suite facilities, and a large family room with private bathroom. The comfortable guest lounge / dining room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge for your use, TV and radio. After a hearty breakfast which usually includes fresh home baked bread and muffins, you'll be looking forward to a day of total relaxation on the white beach. For dinner and a drink you have the choice of a small, rustic pub and a restaurant. Or your host might invite you to the Pearly Beach Club for a good meal, a game of pool or bowls and pleasant company for the evening. The sound of the waves will be your lullaby and the cool night air will be guarantee for a good night's sleep.

The Colonial offers understated luxury in two garden facing suites, both with private entrance - The Fitzpatrick Suite and The Kirkwood Suite. Each suite comprises a bedroom, with queen sized double bed, with fitted electric blanket, and en-suite to a deluxe shower and double vanity area provided with luxury guest amenities. Elegantly appointed, with the emphasis on your comfort and relaxation, both the units offer separate lounge. There is the added pleasure of complimentary tea / coffee facilities and a courtesy bar fridge. The rooms are heated for the cooler winter nights and have overhead fans and air-conditioners for the warmer African days. A private safe completes the facilities. We have recently constructed The Wallow where guests can experience an hot outdoor bath, under the African stars, in a private and secluded part of the garden. A farmhouse breakfast, included in the tariff, is served on the spacious garden-facing verandah overlooking the orchards. Airport transfers, no smoking, laundry, internet facility, swimming pool, guided drives, daily servicing of unit, washing of cars Monday to Friday inclusive.

The Oystercatcher is located in the second row from beachfront and within a short walking distance of a pristine nature/marine reserve with white sandy beaches and large open caves of archaeological interest. There are only 4 plots between us and the reserve. There is a beautiful hiking trail right in front of the house that winds along the rugged, fynbos lined cliffs next to the ocean. This is a perfect vantage point from where to watch the whales play in season (July to November) as they come right up to the cliff edge. The spacious house is furnished with Cape Cottage style furniture and sleeps 6 people. The three bedrooms have laminated wooden floors, each with sea views and crisp white linen. Two of the rooms have king size beds. The third room has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. Towels are provided. A built in braai on the patio, large colour TV with DSTV dish (bring own decoder and card), cosy fireplace, and double lock up garages further ensures a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, conventional oven, fridge/freezer and all other utensils.

The Apartments are fully equipped with microwaves, washing machines, stoves and colour TV's. The Apartments are situated within walking distance to the beach front and a host of shops and restaurants.

Open plan living spaces sleep 2 per apartment. In the main bedroom either 1 x kingsize bed OR 2 x single beds. Each apartment opens through sliding glass doors onto a spacious patio with beautiful seaviews, ideal for entertaining. BBQ facilities are available on the patios. Beautifully fitted bathrooms with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Extra large showers, flush floor to ceiling glass. Granite tops and glass basins, extra large baths, rooibos pamper packs and fluffy white towels to complete the luxury experience. Regret we cannot accommodate pets. Regret we cannot accept children as the apartments are not suitable for children.

The Villa: Guests have exclusive use of the main Villa with it's 4 individually decorated bedrooms, a spacious TV Lounge with German channels, cosy reading lounge with fireplace, breakfast room with all day tea/coffee facilities and terrace. Decorated with style, all rooms have a distinctive ambience. Air-condition/fan, underfloor heating, safes, hairdryers. Junior Suite: Upstairs in a separate building. A 45sqm. Suite with twin beds, open plan lounge-dining area, small kitchen and sundeck. Separate entrance via outside staircase. An extensive breakfast in the sunny breakfast room or on the patio gets the day off to a great start before exploring the Garden Route or a game of golf. Or take time out and simply relax in this magic garden. We have 2 swimming pools for you to refresh yourself after touring or a round of golf. This is the ideal base for golfers - The Garden Villa is in walking distance to George Golf Club, The Links and Bramble Hill of Fancourt just around the corner, Sparrebosch (Knysna), Mossel Bay and Plettenberg Bay Country Club are within an hour's drive.

The apartment is built for comfort. This is a real home away from home! Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, will invite you for a well deserved rest. Both bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with their own theme and the overhead fans, heaters, and electric blankets will keep you comfy no matter the season. Each bedroom has a double bed with crisp linen and a welcome treat, and the showers are equipped with fresh towels, soap, even shower caps! There is also an electronic safe to protect your valuables. Kids are welcome and a camping cot is also available for the newborns. In the open plan living room, you will find comfortable furniture, a TV with DSTV, dining room table, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, mini oven, fridge / freezer, and a full set of cutlery and utensils. Nothing is spared and you will even be supplied with an assortment of rusks and cookies, individually sealed coffee, tea and accessories to soothe those early morning hunger pains. When you are looking for outside entertainment, the outside barbeque facilities which includes wood, a kettle braai, barbeque utensils, a wooden table and a large wooden umbrella, is available for your use. We offer you secure off street parking with electronic entry, so you will be able to enjoy your stay without any worries. The outside fountain will keep you relaxed while you plan your travels ahead.

Guest House The main Guesthouse has three queen rooms under thatch, sleeping two people each. Each room has an en-suite rock effect shower, rock effect basin and a toilet. Tea/coffee making facilities, cooling fan and a hair dryer are supplied. The rooms are located on a separate wing with their own entrance, overlooking the pool. The 100% percale linen, goose down pillows and duvets are of excellent quality to European standards. The linen and bedding is standard throughout the guesthouse. Honeymoon Suite The Honeymoon Suite has its own entrance, via a private patio, ideal for a sundowner or braai. The suite has rustic features in a modern style with a queen size bed, en-suite glass shower, modern basin and toilet. A small fitted kitchen, with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils and crockery. There is a small dining nook and TV area with SABC channels and a DSTV Decoder. Guests must supply the decoder smart card to activate DSTV. This unit is also ideal for a family with up to two small children (under five). Guest Cottage The self-contained guest cottage is double storey, which can accommodate up to a maximum of eight people. On the ground floor the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom also boasts an outside shower area in a secluded garden. The second bedroom with two three quarter single beds shares the second bathroom with the upstairs family room. The open plan kitchen/dining/TV lounge area completes the downstairs floor plan. The TV has SABC channels and a DSTV Decoder. Guests must supply the decoder smart card to activate DSTV. The kitchen is fully fitted with stove, oven, washer / dryer / dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The unit has utensils and crockery for eight people. Upstairs, there is a very spacious family room with a queen and two three-quarter single beds. There is plenty of safe parking inside the perimeter of the premises. There are three houses on the site in two blocks. The Kingfisher Corner: The Kingfisher Corner is a self catering, serviced, cottage which sleeps 4 adults. The cottage is wheelchair accessible and a child under 6 can be accommodated additionally. Facilities include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with TV, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a balcony that has a great open view of lagoon, mountains and sea. The property is on the lagoon with direct access to the water and a 5 minute walk from the main bathing beach. All linen, towels, Weber braai, ADSL wireless internet connection, etc is provided. This is let out on a daily basis. Servicing is provided, unless occupiers prefer not. The Other Corner: The Other Corner is the two original houses one above the other. Only the one unit is let, and contains two and a half bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a large living room / dining / kitchen. The balcony has an unbelievable view, quite the best in Sedgefield and perhaps the garden route too. Many breakfasts will be enjoyed here, and evening get-togethers. The stove is gas, but fridge, lights, hot water and are electric. There is a good Jetmaster fireplace as well, lovely in winter. No servicing is provided. The house is dry construction and was built 30 years ago. This house is cosy even in the winter with striking views due west over the estuary. The beauty of this set-up is that if there are more people to be accommodated in The Kingfisher Corner than the four allowed, they can use The Other Corner. The whole set-up is planned for privacy, even though the units are close together. Boating and fishing, as well as great open water swimming are a must. Birdwatching can be enjoyed from the balconies, or the near-by bird-hides, especially good for water birds and waders.

We offer 4 double rooms, of which 3 have beautiful views of Walker Bay. All the rooms are tastefully decorated in soft colours. Beach towels can be supplied on request. All rooms are non-smoking, but allowed on balconies. We have a guest lounge with satellite TV from a dual decoder, a fridge and microwave. The lounge has a lovely view of the bay, with Hermanus and Hangklip in the distance.
