This stylish mansion was built in 1957 and is fashioned in typical colonial style. It has recently being converted into a Guesthouse, Small Conference and Function facility. The guesthouse is conveniently situated in Irwin street, Musina, the main road to Thipise resort.(R508) Musina is 16km from Beitbridge border post to Zimbabwe, and 85km from the new Mapungbwe National park along the Limpopo river.The Kruger national park top entrance at Pafuri is about 150 km away. Musina developed around the copper mining industry in the area in the 20 th century and today diamonds, coal, iron, magnetite, and graphite are mined in the area.
