Owned and run by the The Antioch Intiative it is especially suited to churches of all denominations, schools and community groups, and businesses- whether you want to train, build relationships, or simply want to get away for rest. This superb up-market bed & breakfast lodge sleeps 12 people in 6 beautifully appointed double rooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower & bath). All the rooms and bathrooms have under-floor heating for those chilly winter nights. Upstairs there is a large lounge area with TV, DSTV & DVD player. Each bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room. Lunch and Dinner are available daily and bookings are essential. This cozy little thatch cottage has three en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6 in total. There is under-floor heating throughout. Otter's Den is fully equipped for self-catering with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and has gas/electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Belton farm is situated in close proximity to the Sunshine Coast and Frontier Country, offering you the best of both worlds. It is within easy distance to the beautiful beaches of Kenton-on-Sea, game lodges offering Big 5 game viewing as well as Grahamstown, Bathurst and Salem towns rich in historical value. All the buildings have fireplaces and their own braai facilities (fire wood is provided ). The units are all fully equipped and include all linen and bath towels. All beds are either queen size or single, with extra length mattresses. The accommodation is set in a beautiful garden with lots of trees and spectacular views. In the garden is a lapa, where, while having a cool drink, one can enjoy the spectacular sunsets or gaze at the stars at night. The Old Main House In the Old Main House is a beautifully appointed bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom available for bed and breakfast. The room is situated at a beautiful stoep with built-in braai and has its own entrance. The Farm House A big old farm house, partly build from sandstone. Large lounge with fireplace, beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice veranda and a braai facility. It can accommodate six, but the bedrooms are large enough to put in additional beds. The Rondavel Beautifully appointed, with a lounge with fire place and a fully equipped pantry, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). There is a braai facility outside. It accommodates two persons, and in the lounge is a sleeper couch for 2 children. The Chalet Set with the front to the west, it offers from the veranda the most stunning sunsets over the White Mountains. The bedroom has one queen size bed and a three quarter bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower). In the lounge is a double sleeper couch. The Field Cottage This little jewel is something special. This exceptionally beautiful unit is built from sandstone and thatch and will offer you full privacy and luxurious comfort. It is situated on a slope overlooking the valley and the mountains and you will see lots of birds and wild life. It has a spacious beautifully furnished lounge with fireplace. We offer 3 very comfortable, spacious guest cottages, tastefully decorated in 'home from home' self-catering accommodation, with a high standard of cleanliness and care taken. Each cottage is built with face brick, large sliding doors and windows, privately situated one from the other, amidst the natural bush. Each is surrounded with spectacular views. Rosemary Cottage (2 sleeper) A 1-bedroom cottage with queen bed and heater in the room. The bathroom consists of a bath and shower with separate toilet. Quality towels and linen are supplied. The living area has a lounge with comfortable suite and an open log fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge, stove, microwave and breakfast nook. Outdoor furniture and a Braai/BBQ facility are provided on the veranda. Geranium Cottage (2-4 sleeper) A 1-bedroom cottage with queen bed and heater in the room. The bathroom consists of a Jacuzzi bath and shower with separate toilet. Quality towels and linen are supplied. The living area has a lounge with a comfortable suite, a double pullout couch and an open log fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge, stove, microwave and dining table. Each room has a ceiling fan. Outdoor furniture and a Braai/BBQ facility are provided on the veranda. Lavender Cottage (4-6 sleeper) A 2-bedroom cottage with queen bed in the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath/ hand shower and toilet. The second bedroom consists of twin beds plus adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Quality towels and linen are supplied. The living area has a lounge with a comfortable suite, a double pullout sleeper couch and an open log fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dining table. The Farm is situated only 1 hour from airport Johannesburg away, or 25 minutes to Pretoria, on 1600 meter sea level and a 13ten hectare plot, in an exclusive and very safe area between Highveld and Lowveld, an unique landscape and one of the oldest places on earth.
