Bee Catcher is a working farm so you will have the opportunity to interact directly with the animals. Pigs, piglets, sheep, lambs, goats. (young ones always arriving). Fruit picking in season (apricot, fig, olives). Mountain hiking and trails (all levels of fitness) with lots of wildlife/indigenous plants. One of the clearest skies in the southern hemisphere for star gazing. Lots of bird species including black eagle, Spotted Eagle Owl and The Bee Catcher.

This superb up-market bed & breakfast lodge sleeps 12 people in 6 beautifully appointed double rooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower & bath). All the rooms and bathrooms have under-floor heating for those chilly winter nights. Upstairs there is a large lounge area with TV, DSTV & DVD player. Each bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room. Lunch and Dinner are available daily and bookings are essential. This cozy little thatch cottage has three en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6 in total. There is under-floor heating throughout. Otter's Den is fully equipped for self-catering with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and has gas/electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

All the buildings have fireplaces and their own braai facilities (fire wood is provided ). The units are all fully equipped and include all linen and bath towels. The Rondavel Beautifully appointed, with a lounge with fire place and a fully equipped pantry, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). There is a braai facility outside. It accommodates two persons, and in the lounge is a sleeper couch for 2 children. The Chalet Set with the front to the west, it offers from the veranda the most stunning sunsets over the White Mountains. The bedroom has one queen size bed and a three quarter bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower). In the lounge is a double sleeper couch. The Field Cottage This little jewel is something special. This exceptionally beautiful unit is built from sandstone and thatch and will offer you full privacy and luxurious comfort.
